The Anima Group Supplier Code of Conduct

At The Anima Group, we are dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. To achieve this, we partner with responsible suppliers who comply with the law, follow our policies, and maintain ethical, honest, and sustainable business practices. All suppliers are required to adhere to this Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code"). Non-compliance may result in the removal of your products from our platform and, in certain cases, the suspension or termination of your Anima Group account. This Code, in its simplest form, outlines the following essential requirements for all suppliers:

1. One Listing Per Product

If you do not use an Anima product manager you must create only one unique listing per product. Duplicate listings or close copies, including identical images or product content, are strictly prohibited.

2. One Account Per Supplier

Operate only one unique selling account unless approved by The Anima Group under legitimate business circumstances.

3. Accurate Business and Product Information

Provide complete and accurate information to The Anima Group and our customers.

4. Adherence to Product Guidelines

Supply products that meet our guidelines. Products that are discriminatory, glorify violence, or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights are prohibited.

5. Provide an Outstanding Customer Experience

Ensure that your products deliver a positive customer experience by shipping them on time, undamaged, and offering competitive and fair pricing.

6. Respect Customer Relationships

Refrain from directly contacting Anima Group customers and do not manipulate or influence customer reviews.

7. Sell Safe, Compliant, and Lawful Products

Ensure that all your products meet or exceed applicable rules, regulations, and compliance standards.

8. Ethical and Socially Responsible Business Practices

Uphold labor and human rights, promote environmental sustainability, and support The Anima Group’s commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

9. Comply with Applicable Laws and The Anima Group Policies

This includes adherence to our Code of Business Conduct, Ethics, and Anti-Bribery policies.
